TRINITY INITIATES NEW CHURCH CONNECTION
Can we be Reformed and missional? Reverend Wesley Granberg-Michaelson, general secretary for the Reformed Church in America, explores that question as part of the Church Connection Initiative at Trinity on Wednesday, September 27, at 7:30 p.m. The CCIT begins at 3:30 p.m. with a mini-conference for church leadership, laypersons, faculty, staff, and students in the Ozinga Chapel.
The keynote speaker, Reverend Wesley Granberg-Michaelson, was installed as general secretary of the Reformed Church in America at the 1994 General Synod. He had previously served for six years on the staff of the World Council of Churches in Geneva, Switzerland where his responsibilities included serving as director of church and society and serving as moderator of the task force on relations with evangelicals. Granberg-Michaelson is the author of three books and numerous magazine articles, which have appeared in publications including Perspectives, Christianity Today, The Christian Century, and Ecumenical Review.
The cost for the evening address, dinner, and your choice of two sectionals is $20. Click here to download a registration form.
