Black and White Dress Up and Jazz Night

On Friday, September 5, nearly 300 students, professors, and community members dressed in their finest black and white attire to attend a wonderful evening of jazz music at the Black and White Dress Up and Jazz night.

Students tapped their toes to the sounds of the Junius Paul Quartet as well as the Trinity Christian College Jazz Band. Following the show, refreshments were served in the Grand Lobby.

“The evening went wonderfully,” said Danielle DeRoos ’09 of Holland, Michigan, and member of Trinity’s Jazz Band. “It is a fun way to kick off the year, and it has become something students look forward to each fall.”

The annual event is sponsored by the music department and the Cultural Affairs Committee.
