Recital Showcases Faculty Musical Performances

On Tuesday, September 9, Trinity music faculty members had a chance to share their gifts with an admiring crowd. Fellow faculty, staff, and students gathered in the Van Namen Recital Hall to enjoy an evening filled with concertos, trios, and fugues. 

The recital featured performances by Dr. Ken Austin, professor of music; Dr. Mark Peters, associate professor of music; and Dr. Helen Hoekema Van Wyck, professor of music. Professor Mischa Zupko performed his In Transit for saxophone and piano.

Lisa Kristina, Matthew and Emily Lewis Mantell, Minkyoo Shin, Kim Sopata, Masahito Sugihara, Paulette Velazquez, and Trinity student Collette Le Mahieu ’11 of Frankfort, Illinois, also performed.
