Trinity Moves Up in Ranking of America's Best Colleges
U.S.News & World Report ranked Trinity Christian College as one of the top baccalaureate colleges in the Midwest in the latest release of "America's Best Colleges" for 2008.
Trinity was ranked No. 28 of all Midwest baccalaureate colleges that offer a wide range of degree programs in the liberal arts and in professional fields such as business, nursing, and education.
The 2008 ranking stands seven places above last year's and has risen a total of ten places since 2006.
“There are many measures of quality, and the U.S. News ranking is one indicator of the quality of Trinity Christian College,” said Dr. Liz Rudenga, provost. “This is a confirmation of the excellent education that students receive and of faculty who are passionate about teaching and integrating a Christian worldview into every program of study.”
The U.S. News rankings are based on peer assessment, student retention, faculty resources, financial resources, graduation rate, and alumni giving.
