Before Trinity's class of 2006 received degrees and certificates at commencement in the Ozinga Chapel, May 20, keynote speaker Dr. Art Jongsma '63 posed a question to the graduates: what is your brand?

"Branding is who and what you are," said Jongsma, director of Psychological Consultants in Grand Rapids, Michigan. "All your work must be draped in compassion, humility, and kindness. God branded you long ago. Will you touch lives with your new brand as Christian college graduates?"

203 students accepted their degrees and teaching certificates, marking their official entry into the world as alumni of Trinity Christian College. Of that total, 22 graduated from the adult studies program.

Board chairman Gary Smit greeted the audience, which filled the auditorium, and Nancy Dawkins offered the invocation. Graduating student association president Keith Dykstra led the commencement litany, and alumni board president Julie Tinklenberg '97 welcomed the graduates into Trinity's alumni association.
