News Release

Nick Koster ’03 of St. John, Indiana, is like many recent Trinity graduates — eager to pay off his school loans. But Koster is coupling that desire with a wish to give back to the College by funding a theater arts scholarship for a freshman student.

Koster was active in theater as a student at Trinity. He feels opportunities abound for communication arts majors.

“Before I worked in my family’s interior design business, I worked in the Trinity admissions office. I saw the financial needs of students firsthand,” he said. “We have taken a huge step by breaking ground on the Art and Communication Center. We need students to come in and use that space.”

Communication Arts Professor Dr. Annalee Ward describes Koster as a student who was passionate about theatre.

Koster says he loved his time at Trinity and wants others to be able to share the same experience.
