TECHNOLOGY PROFESSOR ACCEPTS POSITION
Trinity's computer science program will be enriched by a new faculty member, Bill Miller, who begins teaching at the College when classes resume after winter break.  Miller, a longtime information technology professional, is one of 200 certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Masters in the United States.

"Achieving master status is without a doubt the most challenging thing I've ever done," he said "A lot of very hard work went into this, and I am very gratified."

As an ITIL Master, Miller is licensed[cvn1]  to teach IT service management. He served as a business process consultant at Caterpillar Inc. for 30 years before joining Trinity's faculty. He earned a bachelor's degree in communication science and a master's degree in computer science from Governors State University in University Park, Illinois.

"Bill will be a tremendous addition to our faculty," said Provost Liz Rudenga. "The level of training and industry expertise that he will pass along to   our students will give them a head start in their careers."
