Trinity Christian College
February 15 - 18, 2007

Students from Christian colleges and universities around the world are taking seriously God’s call to care for those in need by acting on the largest humanitarian crisis of our time—the global AIDS pandemic. They have joined their peers in a program, supported by World Vision, called Acting on AIDS (AoA) to turn the tide against this crisis.

Trinity Christian College is pleased to host the 2007 Acting on AIDS Student Leadership Summit, which will be held on Trinity’s campus on February 15 - 18. Hundreds of students representing 35 U.S. Christian colleges and universities attended the summit last year.

This year’s theme is “Walking with the Lord, Engaging God’s Heart, and Transforming the Mind.” This theme will be explored throughout the weekend as student leaders discuss their vision for advancing this movement and spreading a message of healing and redemption.

Trinity student and AoA chapter member Kimberly Monsma ’08 believes “this summit will encourage the Trinity community to focus on ways to work for justice in the world. Participants will be able to learn much more about the AIDS crisis and will be called to action.” Click here for a list of Trinity’s AoA chapter members.

The cost to attend the conference is $95 for individuals, $80 per attendee for delegations of five or more, and $35 for Trinity students or students who do not need accommodations.
