A NOTE FROM THE DIRECTOR:

NEW BABY!! The Trinity alumni community is smiling extra big today after the announcement this morning that our former Director of Alumni Relations, Kelly Netjes, along with her husband Mark, were blessed with the birth of their first child! Gavin Mark Netjes was born yesterday on 8/25. He is 8 lbs. 12 oz. and 22 inches long. Mother, baby, and even Dad are all doing fine. Kelly has been one of the many faces of Trinity for the past 6 years and has had the opportunity to meet many of you, so I hope you can join in celebration with the Netjes' and with us!

Continuing with the theme of children, consider this passage from Matthew in the coming weeks and remember that Christians have been called to lead lives of humility.

About that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, "Who is greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven?" Jesus called a little child to him and put the child among them. Then he said, "I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven. So anyone who becomes as humble as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven." Matthew 18:1-4 NLT
