"The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart, that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming: That if you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:8-9 NIV

BLUEPRINTS DRAWS NEW FACES TO CAMPUS
Trinity's incoming class of freshmen took time to meet and greet each other during Blueprints July 15 and 16. The campus teemed with more than 300 guests when the students and their families arrived Friday afternoon. Admissions counselors were waiting to welcome them and get them started on their activities for the evening, which included a barbecue, the Amazing Troll Race, and praise and worship. Read more and see photos on our Web site at http://tcc.trnty.edu/new/archive/071605/blueprints.html.
You can still add a class note for the fall TRINITY magazine and let your classmates know what you're up to. We currently have no representation from the '60s, and minimal participation from the '70s and '80s. Contact Travis Bandstra at 708.239.4854 or e-mail email@example.com with photos and new information on your address, additional schooling, job, hobbies, spouse, or children. We can't wait to hear what you're doing!

ART JONGSMA, JR '63-CAREER LEADS TO ROADS LESS TRAVELED
Psychology has opened doors to Dr. Arthur Jongsma, Jr. '63 that few people enter. He often accompanies people on journeys to help them resolve pain, turmoil, and despair in their lives. "It is my privilege to meet people at crisis points and walk with them down paths that they don't normally share with others," he said. "People are willing to trust me with their private struggles, so it is most important to respect and listen to them. Then I can offer compassion and techniques to resolve some of their issues." Read more about Jongsma and other alumni on our Web site at http://tcc.trnty.edu/alumni/profiles/index.html.
