UPCOMING EVENTS
FREE PIANO CONCERT IN OZINGA CHAPEL
Enjoy the Piano Four Hands concert at Trinity Christian College on Tuesday, April 10, at 7:30 p.m. in the Van Namen Recital Hall of Ozinga Chapel. The program will feature the keyboard talents of Candace Peters and Amanda Thompson as they perform Neue Liebeslieder Walzer by Johannes Brahms as well as works by Robert Schumann, Antonín Dvorák, and Constant Lambert. The concert is free and open to everyone.

GRANDPARENTS INVITED TO CAMPUS
Trinity Christian College will celebrate Grandparents' Day on Wednesday, April 18, in the Ozinga Chapel. The event will include a special program dedicated to grandparents, including presentations and musical performances, a chapel service, lunch, and a tour of campus. STUDENTS TO PERFORM IN "YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU"
Trinity Christian College presents the spring play "You Can't Take it With You" by Moss Hart and George S. Kaufman on April 19-21 and 25-28. The play centers around the eccentric and likable members of the Martin Vanderhof family. All performances are at 7:30 p.m. in the Fireside Room. WHEELCHAIR DANCE DUET MOTIVATES AND ENTERTAINS
The wheelchair dance duet, Light Motion, will perform on Friday, April 27, at 8 p.m. in the Ozinga Chapel of Trinity Christian College. The Alexander De Jong Center for Special Education is sponsoring the performance as part of its annual Reaching Beyond Potential Celebration dinner. The two-woman dance company uses the wheelchair as an expression of movement rather than just a vehicle of mobility. Tickets are available for $5; for more information, call 708.597.3000.

FAMED ACTING GROUP BENEFITS STUDENTS
Ashley Biesboer '10 of Broadview, Illinois, needed to work on her public speaking skills. Enter ShawChicago stage left. The renowned acting group brought the Chicago theater scene to Trinity on March 13. "They showed how strength of voice and eye contact add so much to a public presentation," Biesboer said. CAMPUS AND COMMUNITY COLLABORATE ON AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM
A service learning opportunity in Robbins, Illinois, is helping shape lives. This individual is responsible for cultivating and soliciting gifts from individuals for the Trinity Fund as well as capital campaigns. In addition, this person will work closely with alumni, parents, and supporting churches to increase awareness and support for the College. A strong background in fund raising or sales is preferred. Additional qualifications include a sincere allegiance to the mission on the College and a personal faith and commitment to Jesus Christ.

SPORTS NEWS
BASEBALL SPLITS CONFERENCE OPENER
The conference season for the Trolls last week Saturday started with a split decision in a double header at Judson College. Trinity was shut-out in the first game, losing 0-3, but came back in the second game to take a 3-1 win. The Trolls are now 2-8 overall and 1-1 in the CCAC.

SOFTBALL DROPS GAME TO AQUINAS
The softball team's home opener last Friday ended in a 13-1 loss to Aquinas College (MI). The Trolls let the game slip away from them in the latter innings, giving up 12 runs in the final three innings. Only two innings of the second game of the double header were played before the game was called because of weather.
